Regina Resort and Aqua Park Hurghada

An unforgettable experience! Everything at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was simply delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality in every dish. The beach is spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying paradise. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I also want to give a special thanks to Sandra, Hady, the guy at the beach bar, and the young girl at reception, who all made our stay even more special with their kindness and outstanding service. It’s important to note that this review is based on Egyptian standards, not European ones. That being said, we were genuinely impressed and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good, the room was very well cleaned, the service was very good.

This is my second stay in 30 days at ZYA Regina Resort and Aqua Park, Hurghada, Egypt for 6 nights, which I extended my stay, booked 2 more days. What I liked most about my stay was the hospitality on all managerial levels and how amazing all the staff were! Especially the reception staff were very helpful and try their best to solve any problem. Let me express my gratitude to Ms. Wafaa Omar who has a wonderful attitude, sense of kindness and a wonderful smile that made me have a comfortable stay. As an author and business expert, she and the staff gave me an amazing environment to experience where inspired me the idea of my third book. Also I have to mention Mr Ahmed and Mr Mohamed in the reception under the leadership of Mr Sherif Abdelmonem. Thanks everyone for cheering me up. wait me in another update about my stay in 2 days.

We read the reviews before we go and did not expect a lot. But we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are fine and clean, we got a free upgrade to sea view. The rooms are cleaned every day, beds are made and 2 bottles of water. As for the shower being cold, that was only between 17:00 and 19:00 as everybody is coming back from the beach and getting ready for diner. So outside this window you are fine! Garden is really beautiful and wel maintained. The staff is really nice. We came back from a Luxor tour all tired and they sent us a basket of fruits to the room without us asking! 10/10 service. As for the comments on the food and beer, it is all fine, don’t expect top chef cooking but we ate there most of the days and we did not get sick, there is enough variety. The hotel is right on the Main Street and perfect for pickups if you have any activities planned! Best price value in Hurghada. Special thanks to Malaky and Sam for the entertainment!

We booked a bungalow room as wanted peace and quiet. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a room in a block that was undergoing work. But it was closer to the beach. Didn't want to climb up stairs so told them to put us in a bungalow that we booked. All this was sorted and we were very happy there. Bungalows could do with updating though. The grounds were kept immaculate and the pool area was great. We were able to get sunbeds on both the beach and the pool. Food choice was adequate. The snack bar serving lunch gets very busy so best get a table early. You can swim up to the pool bar and sit and have a drink on the stools. Cleaning staff were very friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Nothing at all to complain about. It was Ramadan when we visited so it must have been hard for them but no problems with getting served at 6pm for a drink in the bar when they are supposed to eat as it's their time. Beer was either draught Sakara or bottled Stella in cups or glasses. Abundance of soft drinks. You can serve yourself at meal times in the restaurant soft drinks. They have a machine that you can have coffees in the bar area also. It was in a good location for us to be able to walk out as we know the area very well. Will be looking to book again in October for 6 or 7 nights.
